About Us
We were two kids when we decided to follow the same academic path, mechanical engineering. It was in 2011, in the city of Coimbra, that our paths first crossed, amidst classes, group projects, and long hours of studying. It didn't take long for friendship to turn into something more, and we started dating shortly after.
Since then, we've grown together, as individuals, as professionals, and now, as life partners. Over the years, we've shared countless adventures: we explored new cities, tasted flavors from around the world, and also discovered the joy of simple things, like sitting on the couch watching movies and shows together, wrapped in a blanket, on days when all we want is to be at home.
Our love has been built over time, with trust and many memories. And now, we want to celebrate it with everyone who's a part of our story.
The Bride
Hello! I'm Mariana, Portuguese at heart and soul, passionate about discoveries, flavors, and people. An admitted perfectionist (sometimes even too much!), I like things done well and with attention to detail, which is why this wedding is being prepared with a lot of care.
Traveling is one of my great passions: I love getting to know new cultures, getting lost in unfamiliar streets, and trying local dishes from every place. Food, in fact, is a true pleasure for me, from a homemade dinner to that dessert that makes you want to have one more.
I'm very close to my family and friends. I love being surrounded by those I love, sharing stories, laughing out loud, and creating memories. I believe it's these relationships that give life meaning.
For me, this wedding is more than a celebration; it's a moment to gather everyone who's been part of our journey and who's walked alongside us until now.
The Groom
Hello! I'm Nicolas, born in Switzerland, raised in Portugal, and now living in Sweden, where I'm following a passion that has always been with me: the world of cars.
I'm an optimist by nature, I believe that everything happens for a reason. I like being on the move, whether it's traveling to discover a new place or diving into a good book that transports me to other realities.
I love traveling, especially with Mariana. Together, we've already collected many stories, and we still have a list full of destinations to explore.
This wedding represents a new chapter, full of meaning, and it's with great joy that we'll share it with everyone who has been (and continues to be) part of our journey.
